Naris Up is one of those quirky little Japanese brands that releases a barrage on unrelated, unusual bits and bobs – this I like. I picked up this highlighting crayon from eBay for about £7 a month or two ago (have only just got round to the review….)
I admit I was taken in by the pink pen applicator – ccuutttteeeee!
The powder itself is a highlighting one for around and under the eyes (as the name would suggest). The shade is a very pale light pink – not gold or peachy, pink based.
The applicator side is sponge tipped. I don’t actually like these kind of sponge applicators that dip into the lid for the powder – I just find that they don’t get enough product or get too much.
I guess a sponge tipped applicator makes sense though, at least for the fact that its for around the delicate eye area.
The powder:
Gah – lets be honest. This was a gimmick purchase and I haven’t really used it since. The powder is fine, but it requires quite a few dips to get enough product to line under the eye and by then I’ve already walked into a tree.
Directions:
Cuteeee….but kind pointless. Not a necessary product but the idea is there.
Bring on the next fad! Bring it on!

There is something very phallic about that applicator
