Remember a week or so ago I raved about Dremu’s Emu oil?
Well it’s lovely stuff, but some ladies complained about the £30 price tag. Fair enough I said, its a fab product if you can afford it – but we need to eat!
Enter Golden Emu Oil:
The ingredients are – just emu oil!
They say:
Traditionally applied to the skin for the relief of a range of conditions.
*Golden Emu Oil is Australian certified pharmaceutical oil of unsurpassed quality and purity and not to be compared with other emu oils.
Emu Oil is highly moisturizing, a natural skin softener and has rejuvenating properties
( has been shown to reduce the depth and length of fine lines & wrinkles ). It is also non greasy and highly penetrating. In fact Emu Oil has demonstrated to be the fastest and most penetrating oil into the skin, making it an excellent trans-dermal carrier for any other added moisturizers or therapeutic ingredients.
Emu Oil is natural & non-toxic, non-comedogenic (does not clog pores), hypo-allergenic (non-irritating) and gentle for all skin types.
Emu Oil is an effective anti-inflammatory. The potency of the anti-inflammatory effect from Emu Oil is similar to ibuprofen without the negative side-affects frequently common with traditional prescription or corticosteroid based anti-inflammatory medications.
I have been using this on dry patches and on the face – it take a bit longer to sink in than Dremu, but it’s still a very good product indeed. It seems to calm down the skin (especially when used at night time) and leaves me glowing!
And the price? This cost 6.95 for 30ml.

I use Pure emu oil myself as a face moisturiser, but it sinks into my skin straight away. I use Talyala Emu Oil. Being using it for years. Costs around AU$20 for 50ml, but it always works. Their product is listed with the TGA. They do deliver to the UK and worldwide, I think? (Please Check on their web site)
