Etude House’s newest collection is Miss Tangerine and from the instant I saw it I was IN. LOVE.
For one thing I love orange make up. I love that Etude House has been brave and created a vast range (lip gloss, lip stick, blusher, eyeshadow, tints, nail polish) all in the orange hue. It certainly looks like it’ll be a big trend this Spring/Summer.
So I’ll have quite a few Miss Tangerine reviews coming up!
Here is a promo shot:
Some of my haul!
Etude House LUCIDarling Fantastic Graduation Eyes is packaged the same as other LUCIDarling eyeshadow palettes! It comes in a pink case – I do wish it was orange!
I do totally love orange I think it works quite well on me and my slightly tan complexion.
There are two eyeshadows in this collection – the other I think is more pink/brown. This one is full on orange.
You got:
- Sparkle White
- Sparkle Black
- Sparkle Orange
- Cream Eyeliner/Base
Swatches – the pigmentation is good, although the orange shade is a sheer shimmer. It’s very shimmery. The black can be as rich as you want it. The cream eyeliner is fine but I think it’s not opaque enough to use as a liner:
I used the cream colour as a base and the other colours to do a super simple eye. You can see how the colours work together, it’s all very subtle:
The cream colour as a base is a good idea but it does crease.
Another thing to note is that it is an all shimmer palette so you have to be ok with that!
Verdict:
I have no other palette like this so actually I am a fan! I’ll be using it more and more as summer approaches.
I bought this from eBay for around £12.

I just posted about the cream blush yesterday! I’m curious to see what you think & your swatches before I take the plunge!

I love the promo shot, it looks so fresh and Spring-y! And thanks for doing a quick look with the palette, it’s nice when you get to see the colours in action I like how the orange is subtle and soft, I’ve never tried orange on my eyes before but I believe it’s gonna be huge for summer, so I’ll have to have a little dabble with my 88 palette!

Hi Jen
those 88 palettes are fab for playing around…they have practically every colour!

the 88 palettes are definitely value for money…I don’t think I would own colours like bright pink, yellow or orange otherwise as single eyeshadows! Using the 88 palette reminds me of GSCE art lol
