I love Elemis Christmas Gift Sets!

They’re always really good value, so great for gifting and also a good purcahse if you want to try or already use the range because of the savings.

This year I was sent the Elemis Perfect Pro-Collagen set which coems in this gorgeous blue box (I always keep the boxes to store my cards!):

The set contains:

Pro-Collagen Marine Cream, 30ml
Pro-Radiance Cream Cleanser, 30ml
Pro-Collagen Oxygenating Night Cream, 30ml
Pro-Collagen Quartz Lift Mask, 15ml
Papaya Enzyme Peel 15ml
Facial Mitt

Pro-Radiance Cream Cleanser is a new generation anti-ageing cream cleanser which deeply moisturises to reveal a youthful complexion.

Pro-Collagen Marine Cream is Elemis’ all time best seller. Clinically proven to increase hydration and moisture and levels and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Pro-Collagen Oxygenating Night Cream replenishes oxygen lost during the day as a direct result of damaging environmental aggressors.

Pro-Collagen Quartz Lift Mask instantly uplifts and hydrates the skin, minimising the signs of ageing for a more youthful, firmer appearance. Papaya Enzyme Peel is a rinse-off exfoliating cream, rich in fruit enzymes, that smoothes, conditions, and repairs deep down.

I’ve been testing out the products in this range for a few weeks and here’s what I think…#alttext#

The set is really nicely presented and well though out. There’s quite a few gift sets to choose from so I would suggest checkout which ones have the most stuff you want to try out! For me, I wanted something anti-aging but also hydrating.

I have wanted to try the Pro Radiance Cream Cleanser for a while.

You get three generous travel sized products, the pro collagen quartz lift mask (which I have purchased before and really like) because it leaves the skin really soft and radiant.

The Papaya Enzyme Peel I also really like – I couldn’t use this this week when my skin has been very dry because it’s just too sensitive. However on my T-Zone it softened out my flaky skin making it easier to scrub off later. It reminds me of Tri Enzyme Resurfacing Gel which is excellent too – I feel like the latter is slightly more gentle.

In the set you also get two 30ml generously sized creams (the normal full size products is 50ml), the Pro-Collagen Marine Cream day cream and the Pro-Collagen Oxygenating night cream. (I just noticed the full size 50ml of the Marine Cream is £75 and 50ml of the Oxygenating Night Cream is £90!!! So this makes this set very good value):

It’s weird, I used the Pro-Collagen Marine Cream a few years ago when I bought a QVC special value and wasn’t too taken by it – it seemed to make me break out.

They Say:

Featuring the revolutionary Pro-Collagen Marine Cream, clinically proven to reduce the appearance of wrinkle depth by 19% in just 15 days*, Elemis anti-ageing day and night moisturisers transform and regenerate the complexion with dramatic results.

This time round, it suits my skin a lot more (is it coz I iz old?!). No allergies or breaking out at all, left my skin looking smoother HOWEVER in all honesty in the last 2 weeks hasn’t been hydrating enough – my skin is completely horribly dry at the moment.

The Pro Collagen Oxygenating Night Cream is AMAZING.

It’s a thicker, richer version of the Pro Collagen Marine Cream so is better for my dry skin, I had no break outs from it (which I can get with fragranced skincare).

They say:

After 28 days usage, the skin’s oxygen levels are increased by up to 41%*, to help accelerate dermal respiration. Containing Laminaria Digitata and Red Coral, the tell-tale signs of premature ageing are delayed, whilst the skins’ natural collagen network is supported, helping to promote skin elasticity and hydration.

I just like the texture of the cream a lot and found that it left my skin brighter in the mornings. I did think that it left my face looking somewhat plumper…this is probably my favourite product from the whole set.

This costs £65 from here!
