Some bloggers make things look so pretty they always inspire me to buy, and when I saw Muhsine rocking Rose Maiden I had to seek it out.
Rose Maiden is a frost lipstick and was part of the Color Forecast collection (look at me talking about MAC like a pro!) which means it was Limited Edition. Which means I wanted it even more than before…hehe.
Good old eBay…
So I paid about £13 for this lipstick which I have to say looks a lot less red on me than it did on Muhsine. It’s more of a frosty pink rose on me…dare I say…a little blue rinse. A bit grannish.
Lip Swatch:At least it’s not a HIDEOUS frost, it could be worse. I guess you just need to balance everything out when wearing this lipstick otherwise it looks a bit….Collection 2000. (I say this because it reminds me of my first ever lipstick, a Collection 2000 frosty pink lipstick that was free with Shout magazine).
In focus…ahhh it’s not too bad. With a fresh clean eye I guess it could look quite elegant.

Totally agreed, it looks very elegant on a clean eye…maybe a thin line of eyeliner too? Looks great!
