The gorgeous Suka & Spice sent me the most amazing parcel of coffee creamers (an obsession of mine) and she also snuck in this Wet ‘n’ Wild palette. I’ve never seen these before, but they’re called Color Icon Palettes.
This is number 249 which is Vanity – a mixture of gold and browns.
What I was expecting? Nothing much really – a half decent neutral palette…
Closer look:There’s a fab mix of mattes (the cream highlighter, mid tone beige and plum) and three soft shimmers:
How do these swatch?!
BEAUTIFULLY!
Can you believe these swatches were just one quick swipe of the palette – I think it did amazingly well, so well to look as pigmented as this:
What a brilliant palette! Wet ‘n’ Wild is super affordable and the shades are perfect, as is the pigmentation and the mixture of mattes and shimmers. I so want the other shades in this range now!
Have you tried Wet ‘n’ Wild Color Icon Palettes?

International Delight and Wet n’ Wild, eh? Though I love the flavored dairy creamers (my favorite has always been the Irish Cream variant), I’m not so crazy about WnW eyeshadows. They seem pigmented at first, but I find that they don’t adhere well to the lids and they wear of rather easily. I do, however, adore Wet n’ Wild’s matte Bronzzer (no typo: that’s how it’s actually spelled) powder, though it’s sadly been discontinued.
