I was sent a selection of products from a French brand, terre d’Oc which is certified organic, non-comogenic and is formulated with a number of oils and butters.  The idea is that the products nourish as well as looking pretty!

I have 3 products here, Eye Shadow Duo which has a cream texture in Rose and Prune Takaro, Eye Kohl in 701 Prune Kerala and Gloss Sublime Lip Gloss in Peach. Terre D oc Gloss Sublime Eye Kohl Eyeshadow Duo Cosmetics Review

I was surprised by the packaging – it’s more refined than I thought it would be (sometimes mineral/organic brands can look a bit less…put together?!).  Here is the packaging:

Here is the Duo eyeshadow – these are cream and have a slightly tacky texture.  The pigment is ok, although it’s quite different to other eyeshadows – not metallic, not really shimmery. This did crease on me therefore I think it works better as a base to a powder shadow.

The Eye Kohl winds up and it’s like a rich crayon.  The pigmentation is so so – I find it doesn’t work so well on the waterline but works better as an eyeshadow:

Finally the lip gloss is my favourite product – good pigmentation, a pretty shimmer and a nice texture. It hydrates well too. Here are the swatches:

The lip gloss (peach) has a really nice shimmer to it and feels comfortable on the lips:

Overall, this range of products are good quality, and feel quite nourishing on the skin (no irritation at all). I imagine this would be great for those with sensitive skins or are very careful with what ingredients they put on their skin.  It’s also quite a natural range of colours too, so once again suitable for people who prefers neutral tones.
