Regular reaaders may know I suffer from a very sensitive and troubled scalp. I wash my hair every day, which isn’t the best thing to do on dry hair but I to be oil and flake free :)

I got the chance to try this Schwarzkopf Bonacure Fluid which comes in a large squeezy bottle. The liquid is very runny and is applied directly to problem areas – its especially made for people with dandruff although I am also using it for my woes:

I applied on my freshly washed scalp and it burned like a mutha – ow ow ow I yelped…It did make my cringe for a little bit…Now, this could be because I already have a sensitive scalp, I’m not sure, but a few moments later, the sensation disappeared.

And – you know what? It was extremely effective. Minimal flaking and more importantly, the urge to itch (my biggest problem) had gone. I went a whole 2 days (rare for me) without washing my hair which was what I wanted – a chance to give my hair and scalp a rest.

The nozzle is interesting – there’s no lid, you just turn it to reveal the little hold and squeeze.

I’ve tried a few other scalp tonics by Philip Kingsley and Phytologie, but this one is the best so far. Yes it stings, but once its in action it provides a lot of itching relief.

Verdict: Recommended for ladies with problem scalps, oily scalps and dandruff.

I have never heard of this stuff I may have to give it a try because I’m fed up of paying a lot for shampoos that don’t really work, I have also tried home remedies with minimal success
