Do you like it quick? Do you like it easy? I do!
So when I saw SANA’s Covercom SPF 50 Foundation in a stick, I had to buy it:
I really like a lot of SANA’s products – they are like a Benefit of Japanese products, coming up with interesting and innovative beauty products. Here is my stick:
Is it any good? Find out after da jump!
So this product is a foundation comes which is quick swivel up stick – its supposed to be quick and easy to apply! Check out the quick use guide:
This foundation comes with SPF 50 which is very high of course – instant protection from the sun and the texture is quite soft and creamy without being too greasy:
This foundation only comes in 2 shades, 01 and 02 – I went for 02 as I have a warm medium skin tone and it blends in fine with me – perhaps a tad light for NC35 skin. But its fine:
Its also quite long lasting to be honest but I would still suggest a dusting of powder to make it set – on oilier skins this may feel a little greasy.
The coverage is medium, buildable for sure and can be used as a concealer if necessary.
I paid about $15 for this on eBay and I do like it a lot certainly for quick touchups and it works for both concealing and as a base. However, it is a little bit to light (Japanese brands don’t tend to go to dark generally) which makes me cautious about just slapping it on all over.
If you have lighter skin than me and especially drier skin and want medium coverage, this really would be a dream in stick! (eBay seller: Singing_pierre_shop).

Is this like the SHISEIDO Suncare Sun Protection Stick Foundation SPF 35 PA++? I do have the Shiseido one but it’s a tad oily for my normal-combination skin I like stick foundation moreso than liquid & powder. They usually have higher SPF too

Hi Ashley
I think its a bit more pigmented than the SHISEIDO. The sana is quite dry textured, good for oily skin and spf 50 is brilliant!

Hi, I wanna ask if the 02 will work well for dry skin? And whether the color with match a NC30?
