I have heard many good things about Korres’s Tinted Moisturizer (I usually favour Bobbi Brown’s) so decided to try it out. I tend to be in a rush, so coverage and moisturizer in one is great for me.

And its a Watermelon scented one!:

At £18.00, is it worth it? See after the jump!

Texture & Colour

This product is called lightweight and indeed it is, yet this does not affect the coverage badly. It still gives a decent amount of coverage to cover redness and small marks, which is excellent.

It does dry quite quickly on the skin, so you have to be quick when blending. I didn’t experience any streaking, but thats not to say that if you plopped it on your face (yes, plopped), then ran to rescue your burnt toast, you would have a dried streak on your face.

Now – there was a fair, medium and dark when I bought this. I choose medium and it is too light for my NC35 skintone. It therefore makes me look a tad ashy which tis a shame…bear that in mind ladies with warmer skin tones, you may need the dark:

The fact that this dries quickly means that it isn’t madly moisturising but I can imagine its wonderful if you have oily skin (my skin is playing up and is very dry at the moment) and also if you live in a humid climate (or of course if its summer, which is when tinted moisturiser is very useful).

The Bobbi Brown tinter moisturiser is thicker, better for drier skins and has more coverage.

Nevertheless, I like the Korres one very much – I’ll use it again but on top of some serum methinks, and also when its hot. If you live in Asia, I know its hard to get the make up to stay in place when its humid then this product might be ideal.
