I made a few purchases from IMATS 2011 (not that many!). I picked up some bits from Make Up For Ever because there was 30% off.
Totally impulsive, random hauling! I bought a Aqua Lip Pencil in Red 8c, Diamond Powder on 07 – a white with blue reflects, an Uplight in 23 and a HD Blush in 08 which I thought would be the most natural on my skin.
I have no idea how I ended up with this stuff! I know that I have been looking for ways to wear red so that it looks more effortless and not too glossy (I hate dripping red lips) and the diamond powder is just a bit of fun!
The Uplight is a Face Luminizer Gel, and I believe comes in 8 colours. There’s cool toned shades and warm toned shades, then dewy, pearly and sparkling combinations. I didn’t want something too natural or too sparkly so number 23 – Pearly Golden Flesh was the logical choice.
The HD blush was hard to choose from in the end I went for a pink I felt would be the most natural and wearable.

I like everything I have bought, the HD blush I have been using every day, I love it! I also love the Uplight – well worth it with 30% off, otherwise I do find Make Up For Ever a bit too pricey.

Too bad MUFE isn’t easier to get hold off in the UK! Wish Sephora would open up over here so it’d be easier to get hold of oversea brands
