Boots No. 17 seems to have been rather creative this time round for Spring because I found myself lusting after a few of the items, so I thought I’d share the images with you.
Launched on the 28th of January 2011 is the Vintage Loves collection, which has these two pretty eyeshadow palettes (Limited Edition) in Metallic Nude and Pretty Pastels £5.49 each:
As soon as I saw this palette I though Integrate – completely reminds me of a drugstore Japanese eyeshadow palette (although one of those would have a sparkly base and a gel eyeliner in there too!). Definitely worth a swatch to see if the pigment matches the look of it.
Then we have polishes…Priced at £2.99 each I have to say I have a couple of 17 Lasting Fix polishes and they are EXCELLENT, easy to apply and long lasting but these pastely shades are pretty dull to me. If you like it then you’ll like these:
Left to Right – Woo me, Forever, Sweet Kisses and Chaperone.
Two other random Spring releases, this gorgeous soft pink blush:
Looks almost like a perfect soft pink and these three Va Va Voom lip glosses:
Then the products I am the most interested in the No 17 Photo Flawless products! The mascara is already out, the primer and foundation are out on the 28th January.
Consisting of a primer (8ml for £4.99), Photo Ready Foundation (30ml £6.49 in Natural, Fair, Biscuit, Ivory, Honey and Caramel) and Photo Flawless Mascara (9ml £5.99) comes in black/blue, black/copper, black/green (the mascara is black with a twist of pearlescent colour):
I’m all about the primer and foundations so these are the 2 I want to try the most. I don’t have much luck with cheap foundation so let’s see – everything is about the ‘photo’ finish these days isn’t it?! How often do we actually have our photo taken?!
Anything here you’re gunning to try?

I love the look of the palettes. I love the idea of the whole collection. I haven’t seen the ‘photo finish’ range talked about before anywhere, that also sounds interesting. The last time I had my photo taken was when I was doing a foundation comparison review!

Hi Zoe
Me too I’d want to swatch them first too!

I think the pallettes look great. Better than the no7 spring range. If the shadows are good quality I will be getting both and if the primer is silicone free (doubts) I will give that a go too.

Hi Stacie
Hmm I imagine it will be a silicone base cos they’re so common these days! let me know what you think!

The eyeshadows look sensual and beautifully retro. Design-wise I am really impressed : )
