I got these Clearasil Blackhead pads from Home Bargains – oh yes! At 99p I had to pick them up!

This tub contains 60 pads which can be used on both sides – the exfoliating sie removes blackheads and dirt, the smooth side tightens pores.

Gosh – I haven’t touched Clearasil in years. For the record, I was never a spotty teen – the odd spot but nothing major. I used to have that spot cream that stank and dried WHITE on your skin.

Nice and subtle.

Here are the pads:

They contain sea salt (I love sea salt, yum) and Salicylic Acid too.

The pads are quite thin, not chunky ones:

This is the exfoliating side:

Its pretty scrubby to be fair but it didn’t REMOVE any of my blackheads. It would certainly help to keep a clean nose nice and clear but it didn’t remove anything.

So thin! I with they were a bit more sturdy:

Overall, these were a mega cheap buy and I like them! Seems like a no brainer way to keep the nose nice and clean, especially if you have an oily T-Zone like me.

I wouldn’t say it removed blackheads but it kept my nose pretty clean. I wouldn’t use them too often though – they would dry even my nose out.

No idea how much these are retail price – I’d pay up to £3 I think for a tub of these pads.

Verdict: NOT JUST FOR TWEENS!
