**If there is one beauty product I go through quickly it’s shampoo as I wash my hair pretty much every day. For the next 8 days there will reviews from products that I have used for at least 3 weeks each. My hair type is dry, frizzy and coloured**

I’ve never heard of Scruples hair care before but with it’s unassuming packaging, I figured it would be worth a try. Scruples has provided salons with hair care for over 26 years – so they should know what they are doing!

Scruples moisture bath shampoo and reconstruct leave in instant repair conditioner was what I was sent to try:

They say:

Scruples Moisture Bath Shampoo is a daily replenishing shampoo for all hair types, especially dry and brittle hair. This cleanser helps to restore hair and adds elasticity, moisture and luster. Hair is left shiny, hydrated and manageable.Leave in conditioner:

With a weightless, protein and moisture enriched formula it helps to reconstruct damaged hair and is ideal for fine hair types. Hair is restored to its natural pH balance, fortified and left with a shiny, healthy finish.

These products are very good indeed! The shampoo leaves the hair very soft indeed – because my hair is curly at the moment it almost weighs it down a little so it isn’t too frizzy. It’s also a good price.

The Leave In Conditioner can be used every day and I have been doing so – it calms the frizz and adds moisture to the hair although I didn’t think that it added shine. It’s not one I would use on it’s own anyway (I would use a normal conditioner too then this to maintain) as it’s not strong enough for my hair type to detangle.

Shampoo Rating: 4/5
Conditioner Rating: 4/5

Buy the shampoo here and Reconstruct Leave In Conditioner for £8.50 each.
