Never got the appeal of Kate Winslet. Prettish girl, but I find her an average actress and she is oh-so-concieted. “I’m Kate! I’m so normal! I’m so normal! Look at me I’m normal!” 
‘I’m so sorry Annie (Hathaway) ,Meryl (Streep). Kristin (Scott Thomas) and I can’t remember the other one, oh Angelina (Jolie).

I think her speech came out of Gwyneth Paltrow’s School of Accepting Speeches. Angelina’s face was a picture!!!

I’ve never really understood the ‘Cult of Kate’ (or the ‘Cult of Cate’, for that matter). Kate Winslet seems to be a media darling, and a favorite of the unwashed (white) masses, but I’ve never found her acting (or her accents) all that convincing, or her looks all that impressive.
Kristin Scott Thomas, on the other hand, is one of my favorite actresses and deserved a special Golden Globe, just for being KST.
Angelina will indeed take Winslet down.

I don’t like KATE winslet, Cate…well I don’t hate her but I don’t get the cult either, and I HATE Kate Beckinsale. Her accents are crapola – Minnie Driver does the American accent spot on.
KST is so cute tho and I like Emma Thompson and Boobi Bench.
