Yeah yeah yeah so all I do is moan about my phone – but basically I spend about £60-£120 on my phone bills per month but I have zero 3G/2G connectivity when I get to work.
So for 9 hours of the day I can’t use Twitter properly (vital, I know) or get my emails so when I get home I have to sit here and respond to numerous messages and a ton of my moany tweets suddenly flood people’s timelines.
They say it’s a “dead spot” but the fact is everything was fine until a few weeks ago – it’s got worse and worse over time and these days I may aswell take the cordless home phone with me to work, I’d get more use out of it.
Luckily my contract is up soon…but that’s another story.
I thought that I have been an Orange customer for 5 years, but I checked and it’s more like 8 years. I have dutifully paid my bills on time, meanwhile the service is getting worse and worse and worse. And if I am paying £60 a month for a smartphone that ain’t so smart, then what’s the point?
Anyway Orange & T-Mobile have merged and if you are with either you can now take advantage of the connectivity of both networks. I’ll let you know if this improves my situation or not!
This doesn’t happen automatically – go here (if you are on Orange) to register your phone and you can take advantage of it.
If you are with T-Mobile go to their site to register, don’t be so lazy, go and find it yourself.
I just felt like sharing that with people as it doesn’t (at this moment in time) happen automatically. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT STAT! I HATE ORANGE! ALMOST AS MUCH AS I HATE PAYPAL!

Oh they didn’t tell me I had to go and sign up for better signal when I rang today?! Orange customer service fail. Thanks for the heads up on that one! x

Ah, so this explains why my signal has been pretty low lately o-o !
I completely forgot about Orange merging with T-mobile.
