So I bought, tried and finished my Daniel Galvin Jnr Melon Shampoo and Conditioner:
This review will be short and sweet. This shampoo is very natural and smells delicious. It’s great for kids or people who generally want to avoid all the usual chemical bits in high street shampoo.
Ingredients:
Aqua,*Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (organic aloe vera), Cocamidopropylbetaine (Derived from coconut oil), Sodium Cocosulphate (Coconut oil fatty acid), Lauryl glucoside (Coconut, sweetcorn and palm kernel oil), Decyl glucoside (Coconut, sweetcorn and palm kernel oil), Glycerin (Vegetable derived), Sodium Chloride (sea salt derived), Parfum, Hydroxpropyitrimonium honey (honey derived), Tocopherol (vitamin E), Absorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Pyridoxin (vitamin B6), Phenoxyethanol/Benzyl alcohol/Potassium Sorbate, *Cucumis melo (Certified Organic Melon oil), Hydroxpropyitrimonium hydrolyzed wheat protein (Wheat derived (GMO free)), hydrolyzed wheat amino acids (Wheat derived (GMO free)), Lactic Acid (milk fermentation), Citric acid (Citrus fruits).
However – it didn’t work for me. I guess it’s more than avoiding the SLS, because it made my scalp itch like mad. The conditioner didn’t work to well on extremely wiry knotted hair like mine either. I am telling you, Phillip Kingsley’s Scalp Conditioner is THE BOMB. I might just have to buy it again even though it’s quite expensive because it works incredibly well for knots.
I’m ready for the next shampoo now – NEXT!
