I got a promo email telling me that the lovely Cargo Plant Love range was launching at Puresha, a UK based site that sells lots of lovely organic skincare and make up brands.

Plant Love | Ecocert Certified Organic Make up by Plant Love, Cargo | Plant Love Products now available at Puresha.jpg

If there is one range from Cargo I do like the look of its the Plant Love! I have only ever seen the lipsticks in person but not the glosses and eyeshadows. I did get my mitts on blusher, in Tulip:

But wait! What’s so special about this Plant Love Range?

See after the jump!

They say:

Cargo’s PlantLoveTM is the only prestige colour brand to carry the globally recognised ECOCERTTM logo for its comprehensive environmental commitment. PlantloveTM by CARGO is truly beauty with a conscience.

From natural and organic ingredients, to its environmentally award-winning compostable packaging, Cargo PlantLoveTM lets us go green glamourously.

It is certainly very cute:

My blusher (£14) in Tulip is described as a Cotton Candy Peach. Its more of a soft pink with a nice holographic tinge to it:

It’s a generous product – you get lots of it.

This shade is a little light for me on the skin. It works as a very sheer pink, or a highlighter:

I have it on here – the pigmentation is medium and it blends easily:

Overall, this is a really nice blush and if it is bio-degradeable – even better! I have my eye on their Illuminator in Earth (looks marbled), Hot Pink lipstick in Eve (the range of lipsticks is great on Puresha – there was only about 4 to choose from at my Supermarket that sells Cargo) and the lipgloss in Sunflower (a sparkly gold).

The pricing is fine (£12 for gloss and lipstick) £14 for the blush etc.

You can check the range out here! I wish Puresha took Paypal!
