know the feeling! however, I find that i buy too much if i shop online, and I always crave stuff from sites that don’t ship to Japan
If I go shopping physically, I get exercise and I’m naturally limited by the amount of physical endurance I have.
Nonetheless, I still buy too much if I shop in person too, haha. So maybe I just have a problem in general.
