I first came across Lush owned B Never Too Busy to Be Beautiful in London a few years ago.  I loved the boudoir style of the shop and bought a product or two back then.  It was a cream eyeshadows in a brown – green – nice colour but the product was horrible, creasy and slow to dry.  I decided to take a look at the website again today and they definately have some very cute, albeit gimmicky products.  They also make a lot of Vegan friendly, natural products.

Easily blendable, you can party every night with a stellar new look, or use them as eyeliners to enchant. With luminous, kaleidoscopic hues to daze and subtle, radiant shimmers to mesmerise you’ll be spoilt for choice. Plus, we’ve included a Flip Look Book with each set to inspire you along the way. It makes an essential gift for a special someone who deserves the beauty of lovely eyes.

Contains: 21x Mini Cream Eyeshadows and Glitter Eyecreams and Flip Look Book

Contains: Beam cream Eyeshadow Beleek cream eyeshadow Bullet cream eyeshadow Bedroom cream eyeshadow Bondage cream eyeshadow Bossy cream eyeshadow Brisk cream eyeshadow Bluemer cream eyeshadow Bleep cream eyeshadow Brazened cream eyeshadow Brook cream eyeshadowBramble cream eyeshadow Beetled cream eyeshadow Broider cream eyeshadow Baxter cream eyeshadow Boo glitter cream eyeshadow
The set is £55 – which for me too is too much. Although the formula may have improved a lot, I still have nightmares about clumpy cream shadows and because its quite a natural product mine started stinking not long after 4 months.  With so many cream shadows in one set, if they do go off there is not way I will get anywhere close to using them up.
This glitter set also caught my eye:

Contains: 1.5g each of Gold, Silver, Iris, Sky Blue, Emerald Green, Dusty Pink, Poodle Pink, Black, Red and Lavender.

This is eye safe which is great – at £22 its not too bad but you only get 1.5g and whilst I love glitter and sparkles, I am not one for full on glitter on the face anymore.

The Mint Julips Lip Scrub also looked good at £4.50

With the heavenly aroma (and taste) of yummy after dinner mints, this smoothing blend of sugar, softening jojoba and peppermint oils delivers a cooling, refreshing `zing` to your lips. Eliminating dry flaky skin in an instant, this gently exfoliating scrub leaves lips super-soft, supple and primed for pouting.

However look at the ingredients:

Castor Sugar (Sucrose), Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis), Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperita), Chocolate Extract, Vanilla Absolute (Vanilla planifolia), Flavour

I could knock this up in 5 mins!  a bit of sugar, oil, food grade flavouring, some peppermint oil – easy!

The eyeshadows look great though – £8.50 each if you want the pretty case or £5 for a refill:

As cute as the packaging is I’m kind of over it.  Yes its super duper cute but its bulky and I don’t have the space for yet more bulky packaging.  If I buy 10 eyeshadows with a case it will cost £35.50 more than if I just bought a refill – granted it is very pretty. But I think I’d rather get refils and stick them all into an Aveda palette instead.

Thoughts?!

They don’t sell BNever here in the States, but I’ve always felt that it was the most gimmicky line in an already fairly gimmicky brand.
