I love Etude House, its a Korean brand with lots of funky pieces at pretty good prices. I guess they are equivalent to our British high street brands but just about a million times better in terms of quality and presentation!

These Code B Lipsticks are supposed to be volumizing, firming and moisturising.

Here are the colours:

I picked up two lipsticks from the Code B range, the red and orange:

Here is the packaging:

Pretty! Reminds me of old school Anna Sui.

I got one in Orange and one in Red. Here is the orange – the lipsticks are beautifully creamy and soft, with no shimmer:

The red lipstick:

Swatches:

These are a beautiful texture – they remind me of far more expensive lipsticks – they have a rich and creamy texture and are pigmented too.

On the lips:

I’ve always been a fan of orange/peach shades anyway – this is almost a creamy nude. It accentuates my dryness a little though.

The red! I love this red! I though I found my red in an Armani Lipstick, but this comes a really close second even though its quite dramatic.

I bought these from eBay (search for Code B Etude House for a number of options).

I’ve ordered two more shades in this range as I am very impressed!

Hehe the packaging really does remind me of Anna Sui, old school or not.
I like the red as it gives a fuller lip look. Plus the colour isn’t TOO bold, it’s so friendly like a poppy flower :)
But shame on orange! Why must it accentuate dryness & lines!?

Could you let us know if/when lippies are scented? That’s a big factor for me, because I’m often allergic…
