Quick Tutorial: 10 Minute Smoky Purple Eyes

<----------------------------The Result!

This is a quick way to get smoky eyes with one of my favourite colours for brown eyes - purple!

In this tutorial I used:

RMK Eyeshadow in Shiny Purple

RMK Eyeshadow in Dark Purple

Becca Solo Shadow in Chantilly

Bella Pierre Eyeshadow Base

Coffret D'or Gel Liner in DB04

Nars Eyelash Curler

Helena Rubenstein Feline Blacks Mascara

In addition I used:

Lancome Teint Idole in Beige 04

La Mer Loose Powder in Translucent

Daniel Sandler Blusher in Coral Sun

Helena Rubenstien Wanted Gloss in 42 Tanned Beige

Super quick, super easy! No photoshop was used in any of this tutorial by the way, I just discovered Lancome Teint Idole which is bloody flawless!

Start with your clean eye:

Use the primer (I used Bella Pierres):

Apply the primer (yeah I was random!):

Get a nice even base:

Take your mid toned purple (I am using RMK Shiny Purple) which has a shimmer:

Put it over your lid and slightly above the crease. This will depend on your eye shape:

Blend in a bit:

With a smaller brush, get your darker purple shade – this is also RMK:

Add the darker colour across the lashline:

Take under the eye too:

We will clean out the fall out later with some foundation!:

Use an angled brush and get your gel liner – I choose Coffret D’or DB04:

Line the top of the lid, with a thin line, extending slightly:

Add a layer under the eyelashes:

Gorgeous! I love the eyeliner you used.

Quick question: what lipstick/gloss are you wearing?

Hi Strawberry

Oh gosh I don’t remember – let me check! I think it was just a generic sheer pink gloss…
