NARS Puerto Vallarta Multiple Review

NARS-Puerto-Vallarta-Multiple-Review.jpg

Tweet I collect Nars Multiple sticks (that’s my excuse) although the last few releases haven’t been inspiring – berries and weird pinkish toned highlighters aren’t for me.  When I saw NARS Puerto Vallarta, a ‘tangerine’ I squealed because I am a huge fan of oranges and corals.  It’s been a while since Nars have done a bright multiple! I ordered this from the website; Multiples are quite expensive at £30 but to be fair I have never ever been able to {Read More}

Mini Haul: Nars Eyeshadows in Etrusque and Ashes to Ashes Review and Swatches

Nars-Eyeshadows-in-Etrusque-and-Ashes-to-Ashes.jpg

Tweet I am not a big buyer of Solo or Single Eyeshadows, because I dislike the fuss of having to find all the colours you want, opening lots of different separate compacts…I like one palette with all the colours I could possibly need.  However – it was a long day – we were on a trip and because of a motorway accident, a 3 hour trip took 7,    so I ended up taking advantage of technology and purchasing two {Read More}

Nars ‘And God Created Woman’ Eye Kit Review feat. Alhambra, Bellisima, Kalhari, Galapagos, Coconut Grove, Night Clubbing

Nars-And-God-Created-Woman-Eye-Kit-Review.jpg

Tweet ‘And God Created Woman’ is a classing French film directed by Roger Vadim and stars Brigette Bardot, back when she was young, so stunning and less…controversial.  You know Nars really does seem to love his beautiful film legends… Anyhoo..I spotted this little beauty a few months ago on the official Nars website (I collect their artist palettes, so frequently look to see if a new one has come out as they are not all publicised).  I managed to resist…until {Read More}

Nars American Dream Eyeshadow Palette Review & Swatches

Nars-American-Dream-Eyeshadow-Palette-Review-1.jpg

Tweet My final Nars Artist Palette to review is the American Dream palette.  Of all the palettes I purchased (or got Mr C to purchase!) this was the one I was the most excited about getting in the post.   The palette is quite shimmery with the exception of Bali which is a neutral matte brown. But more about the shade later.

Nars Pleasures of Paris Palette (Douceurs de Paris) Review & Swatches

Nars-Pleasures-of-Paris-Palette.jpg

Tweet Now on to my third palette this week for review; Pleasures of Paris / Douceurs de Paris.  As mentioned in previous posts, I collect these Nars artists palettes, and I do really like them for their handy size and usually – winning combinations.   As always Nars features colours from other Duos or Solos.  I quite like how they do this as generally – not always – they pick the stronger colour of the duos!  Pleasures of Paris is {Read More}

Nars New Wave Eyeshadow Palette Review & Swatches: Fail

Nars-New-Wave-Eyeshadow-Palette.jpg

Tweet The brightest Nars Artist Palette I own is this New Wave collection, which I knew I had to have even thought the colours are somewhat bright.  I do still love bright and vibrant shades, even if they take a little bit more time to work with. At the moment though my staple shades are neutrals. Even so…

Nars Cheek Palette Foreplay Blush Quad Review: Win!

Nars-Cheek-Palette-Foreplay-Blush-Quad-Review.jpg

Tweet Mr C kindly gifted me a number of Nars palettes, so I have finally had a chance to play with them all and am going to share my swatches and thoughts on each one this week.  Each of the Artist palettes are LE, although they do in my experience, take a while to disappear from the official Nars websites. There are ones on there I bought years ago which they told me were LE but are still being sold {Read More}

Still a Nars – a – holic

Nars-Make-Up-Haul.jpg

Tweet Mr C treated me to a Nars haul a while ago – well he did say get what you like so here it is! …I am snowed under at the moment and very busy with Baby C so it’ll be a while before I get to review these but I thought I’d give you a sneak peek! I collect (ahem) the Nars artist palettes, so I got American Dream, New Wave, Foreplay Orgasm (Blush) and Doucers De Paris.  I {Read More}
