Tweet Clio is a fairly expensive Korean make up brand (in comparison to Skinfood, Etude House et al) and is also quite tricky to find if you are ordering from the UK! Tweet Maybelline, like all the other big cosmetic brands tend to release Asia only releases (especially when it comes to whitening ranges!) and I spotted this Hyper Sharp Liner on eBay which I am guessing is exclusive to that part of the world. Tweet The thing about glittery eyeliners is that they can look really pretty, or really cheap and tacky. It’s the same for the textures; I’ve always found very glittery eye pencils to be quite hard and scratchy, and very hard to use on my delicate eyes.
