Sleek MakeUP Circus Palette: Completing the Set!

Just so I can have the full set of Sleek Palettes, I found the Circus palette on eBay and purchased it to swatch!

I didn’t really go for this palette, because it was quite…clownish. Which I guess is totally the point!

This is someone’s display palette! But it was in perfect condition anyway. Here is the palette – full of brights:

Sure you have probably seen this a million times but I wanted to document it on this here too. I will be adding this palette and the Good Girl, Bad Girl palettes to my comprehensive Sleek palettes list.

In this palette, the shadows feel firmer than usual which is a good thing. I love the blues and deep purple, though the lilac on the bottom row is the worst Sleek palette colour I have ever swatched – so little pigment – but I think that can be forgiven considering how interesting this palette is.

Did you buy Circus palette when it came out? Do you like?

Yes, I too had to buy the Circus palette just to finish off the Sleek collection, even though I wasn’t too hot on the colour of the palellte, it just makes it look so cheap! Luckily the Sleek palettes don’t disappoint on quality of the shadows, so all’s good! My favourite one so far is actually the Bohemian one which came in a white palette :)

I had to track this down on ebay for about $20AUD (the same as USD. Go exchange rate!) and although the white was way too chalky on me, the black, yellow, sky blue and orange were the only reasons for even glancing at it. Love this palette!

I do own this palette but I never create a look using just this one. I tend to choose one of the brights and then make it work with more subtle colours, often from my Sleek Storm palette. Adore that one too.
