Stupid, stupid people.
Salonskincare.com, who I spent a fair few yen with have gone down down down in my estimations. They sold me a Korres scalp scrub which is OUT OF DATE:
£16. Not cheap, right? I was kind of going to leave it, but on principle, why should I?
So I emailed them politely, asking if they could change it, even though selling out of date goods as fresh and new is probably illegal.
So I get this snotty response today:
Well well well Evelyn (nice name. Maybe I should call my future daughter Evelyn. What do you think? Too old? Anyway…)
I was kind of peed off by this. The correct answer would be -
* Sorry, my bad. We will refund/exchange with no extra cost to you.
Or an moderately acceptable answer:
* Whoops. Are you sure it was us? Let us investigate first please and get our facts absolutely straight first. (since I know I’m not lying, further investigations should reveal I am in fact telling the truth.)
However, an UNACCEPTABLE answer is – ‘We don’t know what you are talking about, it’s not us, its you.’
This is the equivalent of being dumped by a boy you never liked anyway. (Crap analogy but still.)
My email response:
Luckily for her, I am feeling mild today otherwise it would of be a verbal GBH*, instead it was just a mild slap and a hair pull.

I will keep you updated to see if these artards actually fix it or if they will continue to treat me like a liar. I can swear under oath this damn thing came from them, or may heaven strike me down! I am actually quite annoyed as I wanted to try this out, but I’d better not touch the evidence!
