I’ve got a lovely product for a reader to test. Unfortunately its a good 3 shades or so too light for me.

Its a Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Compact Foundation in 02 Lys Rose:

The Shade:

Description:

Lancome Idole Ultra Compact Teint Idole Ultra enriched with ColorKeeper pigments allows for our ultimate fit with skin and a flawless look. Two long-lasting formulas for a poreless-looking complexion and soft-matte finish morning to night. Foundation so comfortable you’ll forget you’re even wearing it.

Reader Specification:

1. Must match the skintone of the foundation! its fairly light, with a pink understone. (look here for shades).

2. This is a matte finish, long lasting powder – best for Normal to Oily-Comination/Oily skins rather than those with dry complexions

3. Not age specific, but bear in mind its a MATTE finish, so if you like glowy you may not like this (it does have a beautifully light texture though).

To use:

Natural & even-looking: Apply Teint Idole Ultra Compact Powder with the sponge to the cheeks, nose and forehead from the centre outwards. Luminosity & high contour: Apply touches of a lighter shade of Teint Idole Ultra Compact Powder to the forehead, nose and chin. Then apply your usual shade to the forehead and cheek contours.

Leave me a comment if you want to try this, if you have a blog make sure you fill in the address in the form, I like having a nosy :)

Since I definitely tend to have oilier skin, and am always on the hunt for the HG foundation, I would love to try this!

I would love to try this too, i’ve got light oily-combination skin and prefer a matte look. :) I’m not a professional beauty blogger but I do like to share my experience with others about things I’ve used.

I would love to try this out. I’ve previously reviewed the original Teint Idole Ultra foundation on my blog and i think that my use of the liquid might help in comparisions and such.
