I get about 9 million emails from Strawberrynet (once you subscribe, you never can seem to unsubscribe) and every now and then I do have a look at the newsletters to see what bargains they have. Their prices are much higher then they used to be, and they’ve added on the option of paying the VAT at the time of purchase so you don’t have to wait for your product to sit around in customs (but SN will pay back customs fees so why bother paying for it yourself?!).
I rarely buy anything from SN for more than £18 because I do find waiting for things to get through customs a real hassle. Also you should always compare prices because it isn’t always cheaper. I found some nifty bargains:
Edward Bess Ultra Slick Lipsticks – £13.50!
These usually cost £24 on Zuneta. The more you shop with Strawberrynet the more you get off (chart below):
So I paid £12.15 for the Edward Bess lipstick! I’ve lots of good things about them and the current selection on SN is quite good. This is the old packaging (round) I believe the new packaging is square. I prefer round anyway! Easier to hold!
I have been looking for a good purple eyeshadow for ages! I haven’t bought this but it looks cute and rather substantial for £9 including an eyeliner – there’s also many combos on offer!
3. Korres Sets – Love your Lips!
There are some seriously excellent sets from Korres on Strawberrynet, on average at £7 each (such as the Cherry Lip Gloss Trio for £7 – these usually retail at around £11 EACH). I like the look of this kit – the lip butter is usually £7 alone:
4. Fusion Beauty Ultraflesh Red Lipstick set
For £10 you get 6 mini lipsticks – I believe it is 3 shades but each colour in 2 textures, matte and shimmer.
5. Pixi Essentials Kit:
This contains:
- 1x Flawless & Poreless Primer 15ml/0.5oz
- 1x Eye Bright Primer 1.9g/0.06oz
- 1x Fairy Light Solo Eyeshadow ( #No.2 Champagne Glow ) 2.29g/0.08oz
- 1x Endless Silky Eye Pen ( #No.1 BlackNoir ) 0.8g/0.03oz

Good finds! Actually worth me going to look again. I’ve looked on that site so many times and never find anything that doesn’t cost more than the UK price…but I think it’s a bit like TKMaxx, if you’re in the mood to hunt around you’ll find the bargains!
