October marks the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The disease affects 1 in 8 women nationally. Here are some of the big beauty companies who are doing a little something to help the cause.
Aveda Pink Ribbon Hand Relief, £19.00
A rich hand cream which softens and smoothes while diminishing the appearance of the signs of ageing. £2 of the sale of each hand cream will go to charity.
Darphin Pink Ribbon Hydraskin Serum, £41.00
Darphin will be donating £5 from each sale of their best-selling Darphin Hydraskin Serum sold in the UK during the month of October to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Origins Make a Difference (15ml) and Peace of Mind On The Spot Relief (7ml) on a keychain (£10) – £2 will go to charity.
Jo Malone will donate £5 to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation from every 100ml bottle of Red Roses sold – A scent that’s a voluptuous blend of seven of the world’s most exquisite roses, its delicate shade of pink echoes the emblematic colour of the BCA Campaign, symbolised by the iconic Pink Ribbon.
Bobbi Brown Pink Peony Set (£35). Bobbi Brown offers a limited-edition set featuring a Pink Peony Illuminating Bronzer and Mini Face Blender Brush – £5 will go to charity.
There will be more picks to come for sure, but this is some of the stuff I would happily go out and purchase myself!
