In need of a mini pick me up? Come hither for 5 days of mini pick me up giveaways. Join in!

Today is a pick me up for the face! Avene is a lovely brand for people with normal and sensitive skin types – it really works without causing any irritation.

Today I have their tolerance cream for you to win:

Avene Eau Thermale Tolerance Cream

They say:

Tolerance Extreme is the cosmetic industry’s first 100% sterile skin care line formulated without preservatives or fragrance to offer complete tolerance and safety for all allergy-prone skin types.

Wanna win?

Method 1.

Answer the following question:

How sensitive are you a scale of 1 – 10? And why?

Me:

I’m pretty sensitive, I’d say I am a 8 with a fiery streak! Roar!

Method 2.

Follow me on Twitter and retweet (RT) the following message:

“RT @cosmetic_candy: Follow & RT to win Avene Thermale Cream. Info: http://tinyurl.com/5tt6fg2″

*Note: if you change the tweet, it will not count as an entry.

Good Luck!

T&C:

Winners will be contacted shortly after the competition ends (in 10 days). If the winner doesn’t reply within 2 days the prize will go to the next person.

Depending on weight your prize will be sent recorded or standard post. I always get a receipt. I do not have endless samples to send out to you if your prize is ‘lost’ but I would suggest that you check with your depot to locate it’s whereabouts. Repeat: I will not send a prize out to you 5 times, do not take the piss.

Prizes are usually sent out within 5 days of a competition end but please allow up to 28 days. I do actually have a job and a life beyond going to the post office. Sort of.

Love you all lots, enter and have fun!

5, some parts of my body don’t react to anything, other parts like my feet and breasts easily flare up!

Or did you mean sensitive, like ‘ooooh he’s a sensitive boy?’ – is so 1, I’m hard as nails me, lol!

I’m probably average with the occasional breakout althouogh I do try to avoid scented products – I’d say I was a 6.

An 8. I can’t use a lot of the cosmetic brands cause it irritates my skin and eyes. I even got an allergy once from an eye cream… Couldn’t use make-up in the area for a couple of months. Horrible..

I a 7-8. I have pre-rosacea, and my skin doesn’t tolerate anything abrasive, overapplication of chemical-based sunscreen, silica, clays of any kind, heat, exercise….

For my face, I’ll give it a 3.5 since I rarely have outbreaks unless my period is near. Body wise, it’s a 9. Because I am really afraid of being tickled.

My skin fluctuates and it really depends on where. For my eyes, I’d say almost 8/10, because any rich eye creams or makeup removers will cause me to get some sort of spotty outbreak near the eye region. The face can become extremely sensitive around THAT evil time of the month too. Overall: 7/10

I think I’d say that I’m about a 5, nicely settled into the middle!

My skin is about an 8, I’d say. Most chemical sunscreens burn and make my face turn red. Anything with drying alcohol is painful.

I follow you on twitter and tweeted this giveaway.

7/8 – I need to be careful!

Reply

Isabella May 23, 2011 at 6:20 am

scale 9? I’ve got a super duper allergic skin. Cannot expose to the sun for very long, even with sunscreen on. Otherwise will start to itch. Cannot stand dirt neither…

7 – skin allergies, blocked nose – oh how I love spring

Reply

Ezzy May 23, 2011 at 6:38 pm

Reply

Sue Hunt May 23, 2011 at 8:03 pm

I’d say 6 or 7 on a normal day, nearer a 9 when it’s cold and windy :(

Reply

Esty May 24, 2011 at 12:54 am

I am higher end. If im not careful i am off the scale, but would say i was a general 7 or 8. I have a variety of skin allergies, latex, rubber, micropore, its endless, and miserable:-(

Generally I have been fairly lucky and resilient to most products – however, age is causing this to become less so!

Have tweeted and follow you on twitter as well @mselts

I think I might be an 8, but I think that would be sensitive to other peoples feelings…. Actual sensitive about my own feelings… um…. I guess that might be a 7 (with age) :D

I am truly not as well familiar with this matter but I do like to have a look at blogs for layout suggestions and interesting topics. You certainly described a topic that I typically do not care considerably about and manufactured it exceptionally fascinating. That is a nice blog that I will take note of. I already bookmarked it for future reference. Lung Cancer Symptoms
