I love my black eyeliner and black mascara – I really, really do, but there comes a day when you look in the mirror and:
Yeah – you’ve morphed into a panda and you don’t know how or why. Sigh.
I’ve been using brown eyeliner more for day time and it’s so pretty! Far more wearable, especially for the office.
Majolica Majorca Cream Pencil is one of my favourite pencils at the moment – it’s creamy and lovely but stays put too….

Apart from brown eyeliner, I also love navy, plum and I do love a bright blue liner.
But I have a new love for brown…it just looks softer, smudgy and warm….
I wanted to know what eyeliner you are wearing in the day – are you a black liner devotee? Do you prefer brown or a bright, or do you not bother with eyeliner at all?

I used to wear black eyeliner every day for years. Then I changed to brown, and I find the effect much more flattering. It also looks much better if your liner starts to smudge during the day. I love it!
Black eyeliner has always been my go-to, but I have a huge amount of coloured eyeliners that I like to wear on both the top and bottom lashlines. I don’t know why but brown has just never appealed to me – I think I like the drama of black eyeliner. Not to mention that deep dark kohl is something embedded within my culture!
Oh and I meant to say the brown looks fab on you though…maybe I should try it.
Dark green/olive! heheeee. Stila’s Smudgepot in Jade to be exact. Not as boring as black and brown, but not as shocking as electric blue

I have very cool pale skin and look awful in brown eyeliner. Really awful. I go for blue, green or plum and admit that I only got my first black eyeliner recently after wearing makeup for, ahem, nearly 20 years…
I wear whatever works that day. I try to not go for black as much as I can instead reaching for blue, plum, brown, green, gold, and so on.
I wear a combination of eyeliners and I like black and brown colors.
My daily staple is black black black! When I have time to do my eyes properly, I do like to experiment with brighter colours, like blue, purple, olive, gold…however brown is not one I find myself reaching for, I’ll have to give it a go for work tomorrow instead of the usual black
i use both, black and brown. depends on mood of the day.
I love to dabble with other colors, especially for accents but Black Black Black is a necessity for me
I like my eye looks to be dramatic so black is a staple. Though I do combine other liners with my black liner of course.
My staple for the longest time has been gray eyeliner! It’s not quite as intense as black but still helps define the eye and make it stand out… plus it’s a teensy bit uncommon, which I like :p I’m more of a fan of brown in the summer than the winter too, if I’m going to wear any eyeliner at all
