Crème brûlée, it whips me back to my childhood. I love/d cracking the sugar caramel on top with my spoon first and it comes in its own little ramekin dish, what could be better!

A difficult question, there are so many I love!

But I think it has to be black forest gateux, the perfect combination of chocolate and fruit.

Got to be Marshmallow Mermaid pie – about as sickly as you can get but delicious nonetheless

My home made choc fudge cake, lovely and rich and even nicer the next day served warm with cream on.

Hmmm…. how do I pick just one???? But since you insist: pannacotta with fresh raspberries and crystalised ginger on top (unless it’s that time of month, then anything remotely chocolate-y)

I know it doesn’t sound very exciting but I absolutely love coconut ice cream, but I can never seem to find it very often apart from when i’m on holiday. Its the best ice cream ever!

Calypso pudding,My mum made it when I was a kid,it is a pudding with bananas and apricot jam.yum.

    rhubarb crumble
But it has to be rhubarb from my dads garden, been growing there for 50 years, and the topping must have oatmeal

Too many to choose from, but my fave at the moment is lemon meringue sundae ~ crushed meringue, ice cream and lemon sauce
