First Look: Holika Holika Charcoal Egg Soap

I have a new brand obsession, and it’s Holika Holika, a Korean brand with a mystical witchy feel!

I just had to show you this cute Egg Soap that is one of their bestsellers:

This stuff is supposed to remove blackhead and tighten pores. It can also be used as a mask. As a soap, create the foam and massage on to the skin, to use it as a mask, make the foam but leave it on for up to 10 minutes.

There are four types:1. White soap: Tightens pores and makes your skin sleek

2. Hardwood charcoal soap: Control excessive sebum and suitable for sensitive skin

3. Yellow soil soap: Removes wastes in the pores

4. Green tea soap: Green tea extracts with much vitamin moisturizes skin

I chose the charcoal soap because my skin is sensitive at the moment.

These are 50grams and you get two in each egg box and are handmade. It is covered in plastic – obviously the carton isn’t going to last long in the bathroom so if you want to keep it, take the egg out!

I’ll review this soon but I just wanted to share! I bought these from eBay.

omg you know what these remind me of? Those metal chinese chiming hand exercise balls!!
I’ve not heard of this Korean brand before, but from the sounds of things I think it’s definitely something I’d want to try out. I’ve tried the Lush charcoal face scrub/mask and that always makes my skin nice and soft

I want to try them so badly!! Please update with a review when you get the chance :) I’m worried it’ll dry out my skin since I read on a few sites that the white one does.
