Good Luck & have an wonderful Christmas!

In this ELF Kit is:

4 Shimmer Creams, 4 Concealers, 1 Bronzer, 1 Blush, 1 Face Brush.

Cute right? Wanna win?

Method 1.

Answer the following question:

Christmas is the time for reading, name a few books you are going to read over Christmas?

I never have time to read these days, but I live in hope! I want to read No Country For Old Men and Choke, because Cormac McCarthy and Chuck Palahniuk are two of my favourite writers at the moment and embarrassingly, I’ve bought a pile of ‘Introducing’ books to read (Introducing Feminism and Darwin).

Method 2.

Follow me on Twitter and retweet (RT) the following message:

“RT @cosmetic_candy: Follow & RT to win a ELF The Beauty Encyclopedia. Info:”

*Note: if you change the tweet, it will not count as an entry.

Good Luck!

Yeah, I’m not gonna lie. I’m not big on reading serious books unless I’m going on vacation and don’t want to feel guilty while I drink cocktails and sun bathe. (In my head, no one can judge you for being a bimbo on the beach if they see you reading a 600 page book!) But this holiday season, I’m going to read the Chelsea Handler books. I’ve already read one of them, I think there are two others that I haven’t read.

Yesterday I bought 2 books at a PDSA charity shop! It was 2 for the price of 1, so I got Yes Man and Pride & Prejudice (with a really nice cover. It looks great on the shelves.) I’m also halfway in the chickflick Little Bitty Lies, so I should really finish that one first….

The only book I’m going to be reading over Xmas, in truth, is my own! I’ll be proofreading it while everyone is in the land off nod as I hope to have finished the behemoth by then. I look forward to reading the books of many others in the new year though! The first one on my list is Nick Cave’s Bunny Munro : )

I have 100 years of solitude by Gabriel García Márquez to catch up. It’s a small book, but it’s been kind of hard for me to finish it, the characters have similar names and it’s easy to get lost lol

Btw, I didn’t answer to your paypal note (I missed the form to do it XD), but here it goes: really? You went to Algarve? :)

  10. Thian says

I hope I can finish Adam Bede by George Eliot before the Christmas. I found this book today in my dad’s bookshelf. It’s quite an old book.

I read a LOT. All year round, I read about 5-10 books per week! It’s an obsession many of my family members share. This time of year though, I tend to stick to comedies for some reason, so lots of P.G. Wodehouse and Hannah Swenson mysteries ^.^

I’m going to read the whole series of Dragon Ball all over again! I love manga. Not fond of novels or books which are full of words lol.
