I am a big clumsy oaf sometimes…most of the time…which is why I don’t have the patience usually for nail polish because I smudge it in seconds. Or I get those weird bubbles. Or I accidently press it against my pants and it ends up with a weird texture on the top.
So I was quite excited to try the Avon Speed Dry Nail Enamel:
I received two shades, Red Wine and Twilight Blue.
They say:
High impact colour that dries in less than 30 seconds*. Specially designed brush delivers just the right amount of formula, so there’s no mess and no fuss.
I like the brush. I actually found application quite easy with it because the product spread easily over the nail. Perhaps its a little tricky for the base of the nail though because of its square-ness.
I have always preferred more liquid polishes over thick ones purely because I don’t have the skill to apply super thick polishes.
Luckily, I found this nail polish quite opaque, even with one layer. I did use two anyway for these nail swatches but I don’t think they were completely necessary:
Red wine is a typically deep rich red. Useful for all kinds of occasions and:
Twilight Blue is a deep midnight blue with a metallic edge.
The important thing here is, does it try in good time?
I say yes. I don’t think it was touch dry in 30 seconds though, it was still a bit tacky on me but I know was good to pick my nose in 5 minutes so that’s got to count for something.
Verdict: Recommend. £4 from Avon. I think I want a nude shade now.

bwhahahahahaahah ‘pick my nose’ lol.
this sounds good and the midnight blue shade is to die for. x
