Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch

This was recommended to me by a reader, MandyPandy and once I got it in my head, I couldn’t get it out. This stuff cost me £21 for a measly 15ml!

Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch Lisse Minute is used as a primer or on its own – it smooths out lines, pores and imperfections.

Tiny little pot!

It’s quite a soft creamy clear texture – its feels bit silicony and greasy (though not in a bad way).

This video actually amazed me – it did seem to make a huge difference to the skin and more importantly, it can be used under make up (A lot of these line treatments have to be used on top of everything else).

My verdict – well I have been using it for a few days and it does add a soft focus finish to the skin – infact I really really noticed how glowy it was. It is AWFULLY expensive for a small amount, but it feels good on the skin and you wouldn’t have to use it all over, just in problem areas.

It’s a nice purchase! It isn’t, I don’t think, made for prolonging the life of foundation but more of a soft focus, glowing product. A perk is that you can use it on top of make up or under (which is what I would prefer).

If its a bit pricy for you, check out my review of the Dariya stuff – it also mimizes pores and it’s more affordable.

I hope my Dariya products arrive soon. I love the wrinkle filling/pore minimizing properties of Clarins, but I really can’t bear the thought of paying another $30 for a tiny pot of the stuff, especially given the state of the economy.

      Hi Pandy

No doubt the Clarins is beautiful stuff. Dariya perhaps is less luxurious, but in terms of pore filling its spot on so I really hope you like it – eek!
