What will be on your plate on Christmas Day?

Me: It will be Turkey, Red Cabbage, Sausage, Sprouts, Potato, Parsnips, Gravy, Stuffing, Bacon, Carrots, Cranberry Sauce, Yorkshire Pudding (this is a Chinese thing).

Winners will be chosen in the New Year. The competition is open internationally. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes will not be ‘resent’ in they are ‘lost’.  Proof of postage is always retained. If you do not respond with your address in 2 days another winner will be chosen.

    Jerk Turkey, Garlic and sausage stuffing, Curried Goat, Veggies, Hard Dough Bread, Potatoes, Rice and Peas, Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw.. Rum pudding, banana cake & Fruit salad for desert. A true delicious Caribbean Xmas dinner. YUM!! :-)

    As a veggie I will have lots of lovely veg with gravy on! Brussels, carrots, peas, roast potatoes and stuffing. I cannot stand those pretend meats either!!

    I won’t be getting a Christmas dinner this year as I’m working all day :(
    My family however will be having; Gammon, beef, turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing, roasties, assorted veg and yorkshire puds! I’m going to be so jealous!

    Instant ramen =( Student who can’t afford train home this year!! (It’s £80, gosh.)
    But on new years I’ll expect to eat like a King otherwise my parents have some reasoning to do!

    Roast chicken and roast duck, yorkshire puds (if I can be bothered making them!), mash, carrot n parsnip mash, gravy, kale…I think that’s it…oh, and the usual bowl of chinese soup too :)

    Probably lots of aperitivi, under oil veg, others conserved in vinegar… Then some sort of white meat, one red meat and a fish, and different types of pasta. And a few types of veg. With some limoncello and coffee liqueur to go with some pandoro, panettone and chocolatey-type cake! ^^

    Roast Potatoes, carrots, parsnips, brussel sprouts, stuffing and gravy. No turkey, ham or cocktail sausages for me – I hate them. Then about three bowls of triffle with loads of cream.

    Roast duck, roast potatoes, sauerkraut, blood sausaged, pig’s meat, marinated mushrooms, beetroot and pumpkin. And some vodka of course. True Estonian style.

    This Christmas, we’ll be doing hot pot/shabu shabu with assorted fishballs, squid, Chinese veggies, lamb, beef, and noodles! We got 9 live crabs today as well. The reason for this is because my dad is sick of cooking turkey, and we’re hoping it’ll be more fun due to the involvement than simply sitting around consuming whatever’s on our plates!

    but i plan on cooking salmon, sweet potatoes, and other vegetarian [pescetarian] dishes!

    Oh wow! Asian in Asia here – we’re going to have some roast chicken, roast duck, fried seafood noodles, beef rendang, stewed pork, green curry, rice, a few sauces (white sauce, Chinese duck drippings), broccoli stir fry, mushroom stir fry, vegetable soup and fruit platter! Big family thing as usual. :)

    Quorn roast thing (tastes a bit like chicken, but it´s been a long time since i ate chicken), roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, sprouts, roast chestnuts, roast parsnips, cabbage, yorkshire puds and copious amounts of gravy. I´m just glad it´s not me that has to cook it all…
