Ciaté is a very cute retro nail brand and I recently tried out their Love Me Oil – a cuticle treatment that moisturizes the nail area, and the cuticle.
Love nail oils. I like them when they smell good and sink in quickly. Love me oil comes in Cranberry and Almond. I got Almond, a clear liquid.
I love the packaging, it’s simple but looks retro. The oil itself smells on synthetic almond which is still quite nice though. The oil applies easily and with a quick rub, it sinks in nicely. My nails look glossier after using it and looked healthy. However, I didn’t see a lasting effect on the cuticles – I think a cream works better than this oil as it is pretty light. It’s still a nice top up item to carry round though and to apply to the oil.
So – this is a nice product. It’s nice – it looks nice it works well. There’s nothing extraordinary about it though but I wouldn’t chuck it away either!
