I’ve had this post lingering for months and months and finally decided to finish it!
Majolica Majorca makes a range of Jewelling Eye Pencils – shorter than average eye pencils usually with a hint of glitter – however they are slightly scratchy.
There were three newish shades launched last year, in a cream, green and burgundy brown. I picked up the green in GR522 a ossy green with silver glitter:
As mentioned above, its a smaller pencil than your average pencil size but to be honest I’ve never got too far with one because its a little bit scratchy.
Warming this up on the hand beforehand is a must and it struggles on my waterline. Nevertheless…its rather nice looking…
Swatch:
This green is rather lovely (I have a big softspot for greens). There is clearly a silver glitter in this, which makes it a little hard textured. I wouldn’t recommend this for sensitive eyes.
Nevertheless his is an improvement on other Majolica Majorca Jewelling Eye Pencils I have tried (the older formulas). I still think it doesn’t work well for the waterline, but it works quite well on my upper lashline.
On the eye:
Its quite a good pencil to smudge in and use as an eyeliner too. Its also an affordable pencil, I’d recommend it if you are on a budget and you’re looking for something a bit different.
Majolica Majorca eye pencils aren’t Limited Edition so you can pick up these colours at your leisure…

I’m not fond of these pencils as they smudge on me but I must say you have BEAUTIFUL eyes!
