Boots No. 17 is a brand aimed at the younger end of the market, teen to twenties. Its one of those staple brands that have been around forever and ever.
When I saw the new Carnival Collection I was very excited – I love blues very much but what would completely spoil it for me is if the collection was poor quality:
I got the trio and liquid eyeliner:
Close up – the trio is sparkly (thus a bit of fall out but nothing major) but is pigmented and holy cow! SO pretty:
Swatches – the liquid eyeliner by the way is a stunning blue. The texture is similar to MAC liquidlast liners, quite rich and needs a second to dry properly.
I LOVE this collection. I love brown and blue combos as it is, but this is perfect for the summer – sparkly, pigmented, rich, bright and less than £5. I think its 3 for 2 at the moment too plus you get Boots points OR you can redeem your points on make up.
Its Limited edition so I want to buy a back up of the trio its utterly gorgeous.

I bought some from eBay for my upcoming 50s Hair and Make Up Course – they were lost in the post abyss for about 10 days but then they appeared amazingly enough.

The collection looks great – 17 eyeshadows are a great drugstore secret… oh and the hair combs = love!
