If you want the DHL international speed post $35 but if you email them they may be able to sort out a different rate for you but using something like International First Class mail, rather than speed post (which mine was).
Oh if you are in the US I think its only $8.75 or thereabouts

I have Anastasia’s Brow Wiz, which is easily the only brow product I might ever need (aside from tweezers and scissors).

Scissors are so good for grooming the brow! I love my shu ones but they are so sharp its almost scary. I haven’t tested the Anastasia out properly yet but I love the look of everything!
