I was sent a selection of random Make Up Atelier cosmetics, and decided to have a little play with them at the weekend. And boy did we have some fun! The Make Up Atelier Paris range if you are not familiar with is, is quite vast; it’s a professional artists range and there are a huge amount of products to suit all skin tones and types. I have three products here - Black Star Red T174, […]
In my previous review, I covered the Etude House Proof 10 Bling In The Sea eyeshadow sticks – another set of colours that came out at the same time are these glitter eye sticks which are quite unusual – the look white but are actually clear with coloured glitter suspended in them. Unlike the colour sticks there’s no sponge tip at the other end which I don’t mind as I find the applicator a waste […]
I just happened to spot a random product when browsing a few weeks ago, called a ‘Lip Paint’ and from that point on I had to find out more about the brand…the range is called 3CE (3 Concept Eyes) from a Korean fashion brand called Style Nanda (similar to Urban Outfitters / American Apparel but less pervy). I ended up doing a big haul from Korea – it will take me a little while to […]
You can tell when I’ve been busy because my eyebrows start to look like this: I also happen to have lost my 4th pair of tweezers this year, and waxing tends to give me tiny little white spots so what’s a gal to do? I decided to get threaded and ASAP. However…there are plenty of places these days that offer Threading but I’ve had good treatments and some really painful bad ones. I wasn’t really […]
Eye and lip make up is my favourite type of make up to review – I guess it’s just the most fun. I have enjoyed using Pixi’s Shade Quartette eyeshadoow quad in Shades of Daylight and Copper Glow eyeliner – natural and glowing browns! The older I get the more I appreciate browns and neutrals – they are just so easy to wear and I don’t have the time to apply brights!
Me and some make up brands spend too much time together; Pixi is one of those brands that I have tried odd pieces off, but don’t get a chance to use that often Maybe because there are no counters near me, and I don’t get to play with the range any more. However – I was sent a selection of products to try recently; Pixi is a range of skincare and make up created by […]
You know I love anything bright and colourful so this new collection from Skinfood is definitely worth a showcase! Skinfood seem to be taking a leaf out of Etude House’s book and going for the brights! The problem with Skinfood is that I still haven’t found an amazing product from them for a while…but nevertheless, let’s window shop… The idea of Skinfood is that it’s a ‘food’ based range (or inspired by) so Jungle Fruits […]
