Holika Holika Premium Sheep Milk Yoghurt with Wild Berry Wash Off Pack Review

Holika-Holika-Premium-Sheep-Milk-Yoghurt-with-Wild-Berry-Wash-Off-Pack-Review.jpg

Tweet I am a simple kinda girl when it comes to face masks (or maybe just generally?!) – although I have tons of sheet masks, I realised I didn’t really use them because you have to stay pretty still when wearing them…and I’m not so good at that!  So have been using more wash off masks when I have the time for a pamper.  The quicker and more efficient a mask is the better. A recent purchase is this Holika {Read More}

Is Gold Good?! Jamela Skincare: 24k Gold Collagen Face Masks Review

Jamela-Gold-Crystal-Collage-Mask-10.jpg

Tweet I was sent some products from a skincare brand called Jamela Skincare a while ago, and as always I picked out some unusual bits and pieces to try! Jamela’s range has a wide range of sheet masks, and the products are free of alcohol, fragrances and animal products.  I picked the 24k Gold & Lotus Crystal Sheet masks to try.  I have heard about the benefits of gold on the skin and I actually have a book of gold {Read More}

Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask: Would you buy a £88 Face Mask?

Sisley-Pars-Black-rose-cream-mask.jpg

Tweet Sisley’s Black Rose Cream Mask is a plumping mask which promises to boost the skin in just 15 minutes with extract of Black Rose, Chlorella, Red Vine Leaf and more. It is good on all skin types. That shade of purple is just perfect isn’t it? Reminds me of cherries: We all know Sisley is a premium brand and even though this mask looks delicious – but at £88 for a tube, it’s pricey! I will spend that much {Read More}

Shills Purifying Peel Off Black Mask and Deep Sebum Softener Review and Blackhead Photos!

Shills-Black-Mask-Purifying-Peel-Off-Mask-Deep-Sebum-Softener-.jpg

Tweet Every time I buy something from Shills, I giggle a little about the fact the brand is called Shills,  then I pay. Of course. Shills is a funny little range, I haven’t tried anything from the range yet that I love – it all feels a bit cack handed, like the packaging is somewhat unfinished and some of the cosmetics are just rip offs of Benefit products.  Nevertheless…I loved the halloween look of the Purifying Peel Off Black Mask {Read More}

Etude House Collagen Moistfull Essential Massage Face Pack Review

Collagen-Moistful-Essential-Massage-Etude-House-.jpg

Tweet So the story goes that I saw this Etude House Collagen Moistfull massage thing (there’s a whole range of skincare called Moistfull which doesn’t really make sense) in a HUGE tub and I thought, I don’t know what it is, but I want it because you get loads of it. A bit like a visit to the buffet. Anyway, so I’ve had this for a month or two and didn’t know what to do with it. Truth is, I buy {Read More}

Beauty Story Platinum Gold Leaf Anti Aging & Birds Nest Eye Mask Review

Beauty-Diary-Platinum-Gold-Leaf-Anti-Ageing-1.jpg

Tweet You’ve heard of Beauty Diary face masks, right? Well there’s also Beauty Story – this range is from Japan whereas Beauty Diary is from Taiwan. I do like sheet masks a lot, although they can get in the way of…well, eating! That’s why I love eye only sheet masks. They don’t get in the way at all and treat me no. 1 tired spot under my eyes. I bought two boxes, called Platinum eye masks. One is Bird’s Nest {Read More}

Baviphat Mango Magic Brightening Face Mask Review

Mango-Face-Mask-Tony-Moly-.jpg

Tweet Baviphat is a Korean brand which has lots of unusual skincare and make up products. I bought some skincare from them recently which comes in very cute packaging in the shape of the fruit or vegetable it is named after! Mango Magic Brightening Face Mask comes in a not very mango looking pot: It looks more like a deformed orange. They say: A special treatment mask with microscopic oxygen bubbles effectively purifies skin by removing dirt and oil trapped {Read More}

Aubrey Organics Green Algae Soothing Face Mask Review

Aubrey-Organics-Soothing-Mask-.jpg

Tweet This is the first product from Aubrey Organics that I’ve tried! This Blue Green Algae mask is for Combination-Oily skin and contains ingredients like Glycerin, Kaolin, Lavender Water, Aloe Vera Juice etc. The packaging is naff but hey, this is a face mask, not a beauty competition: They say: Antioxidant clay mask with active enzymes gently removes dead skin cells and helps balance and soothe stressed skin. Well I am quite fussy about my face masks!
