I’ve rediscovered my love of sparkly glosses; maybe it’s because the weather is so miserable outside, and I just need something to cheer my up in the gloomy mornings! Although I don’t buy MAC that often, they do make one of my favourite lip glosses EVER – Dazzleglass in Baby Sparks. It’s a super soft pink with tons of multi coloured sparkles and I just love it will all me heart. One of the few […]
Toner is one of those skincare products I actually pay little attention to, but I actually have a few favourites that I alternate (such as Elemis Lavender and Eborian Herbal Moisture Lotion). I prefer something non sticky and it absolutely has to be ok for my sensitive skin type. I spotted Etude House’s Pure Joy Calming Toner on eBay. Sometimes it can be hard to figure out what ingredients are in my Asian beauty products […]
I keep dabbling with Asian hair care and styling products, and I have to say overall I am impressed. Most of the Korean and Japanese hair care I have tried so far tends to be quite light finish – in other words, no crunchies, and no flakies. I bought this Etude House Moist Hair Mist because I am suitably frizzy and dry around the barnet area. I figured this could be one of those top […]
So the story goes that I saw this Etude House Collagen Moistfull massage thing (there’s a whole range of skincare called Moistfull which doesn’t really make sense) in a HUGE tub and I thought, I don’t know what it is, but I want it because you get loads of it. A bit like a visit to the buffet. Anyway, so I’ve had this for a month or two and didn’t know what to do with it. […]
Etude House LUCIDarling lip glosses and lipsticks are rather lovely – I’ve tried a few shades before, and they’re pretty pigmented and hydrating. I bought 2 lipsticks and 2 lip glosses, I wanted a cool toned mauve and a reds. I’ve come to realise I buy more lipsticks than lip glosses – I guess it’s because it needs topping up so often! These two LUCIDarling lip glosses are very pigmented and glossy…
I say like a clown, because you know how some clowns have those super creepy tear drops drawn on their faces? When I was a kid, my aunt had her bedroom decorated with that horrible clown wall paper and this clown had a drawn on tear drop…nice. Not nightmare inducing at all. Anyway Etude House’s Tear Drop eyeliner is supposed to be one you can use to add some highlight, indeed in a tear drop […]
I am always looking out for new releases from Etude House and I spotted these cool Shadow Liners a few weeks ago (took forever to arrive!). These are dual use products, both eyeshadows and liners. I’d say it’d also work beautifully as a base! I bought two, 01 which is a nude beige and 04 which is a charcoal grey. They come in plain not very inspiring plastic pots: You know what I’m like, buy […]
Etude House Petit Darling polishes are pretty nice – they’re cute, affordable and are fairly easy to apply. They do chip easily though..here are some swatches. I couldn’t resist this sweet trio set which is part of the Miss Tangerine kit. You get three orange polishes which you can wear together: I the set is a sheer peach, a glittery light orange and a brighter tangerine with fine gold glitter….
