My final post about the Peripera Frozen Make Up Collection. The collection in its entirety consists of two eyeshadow palettes, lip glosses, some base products (face powder and cushion foundation), eyeliner and 3 nail polishes. I have used the make up now, one look using the Anna colours and one using the Elsa colours. I also used various eyeliners from the liner set.
Here is the Elsa look – it’s a purple eyeshadow palette with a bright pink lip tint. I am a fan of purple eyeshadow and bright lips but I admit I wouldn’t wear these together as they are both quite bright. I would wear a nude lip with purple eyes, or simply gold eyes with a hot pink lip.
Sorry for the forced smile look, I am so tired!
I know, I haven’t exactly blended well but I have about 10 minutes every day to get ready! I disliked the middle warm purple at the time but now I actually quite like the palette used together as below. I also used the purple liner from the set to line my eyelids:
The look overall was nice (I think!) and it seems to work well with brown eyes. ALSO – don’t know why but these eyeshadows and liners have excellent longevity. I only primed with some concealer and they lasted all day with little fading or creasing.
Anna’s palette I also liked and is a good look for more of a every day. My face looks paler here as I took the photo by the window as the sun began to set.
Anna’s lip colour is a soft orange on the lips:
The eyeshadow palette I liked, I found it easy to wear and blend together. The orange is really perky addition, I love it, it’s a nice alternative to the usual bronzes and golds.
I used the black liner here and the brown from the liner palette.
My earlier complaints of the palettes not begin particularly pigmented and overly shimmery actually doesn’t matter so much when applied unless you are a shimmer hater – as you can see it doesn’t really look too much once it’s on the eyes:
I used the seller: Kevincosmetic to purchase this make up but I’ve noticed that you can get the items cheaper now (d’oh) if you use the seller: Rubyruby86. None of the products are overly expensive and actually, they ARE great – cute packaging, nice colours, long lasting, wearable. Sometimes these type of products can be all hype and no substance but I am super fond of this collection and will definitely keep using them 🙂
They are limited edition but I rarely finish make up so I won’t buy any back ups.
What do you think of the Peripera and Frozen collection?
