In need of a mini pick me up? Come hither for 5 days of mini pick me up giveaways. Join in!

Legs and feet, let’s face it, need a pick my up now and again. If you get leg pain I can highly recommend Red Vine Leaf Extract – the Boots own brand one which really takes aches away. Otherwise, how about a nice cooling leg spray?

#alttext#

Bloom and Blossom is actually a range created for Pregnant women but hey, it doesn’t matter! This product is lovely!

Created to alleviate water retention and to refresh tired and heavy legs, swollen ankles and feet. The collagen boosting properties of aloe vera and tangerine leaf oil also improve skin tone.

Wanna win it?

Method 1.

Answer the following question:

What one thing really cools you down?

Me:

It has to be – it can only be – a large glass of freezing cold Coke (full fat).

Method 2.

Follow me on Twitter and retweet (RT) the following message:

“RT @cosmetic_candy: Follow & RT to win a Bloom & Blossom Leg Spray. Info: http://tinyurl.com/6zzkrb2”

*Note: if you change the tweet, it will not count as an entry.

Good Luck!

T&C:

Winners will be contacted shortly after the competition ends (in 10 days). If the winner doesn’t reply within 2 days the prize will go to the next person.

Depending on weight your prize will be sent recorded or standard post. I always get a receipt. I do not have endless samples to send out to you if your prize is ‘lost’ but I would suggest that you check with your depot to locate it’s whereabouts. Repeat: I will not send a prize out to you 5 times, do not take the piss.

Prizes are usually sent out within 5 days of a competition end but please allow up to 28 days. I do actually have a job and a life beyond going to the post office. Sort of.

Love you all lots, enter and have fun!

A splash of really cold water on the face helps cool me down, and also wake me up! That and some refreshing lemonade :)

strangely, earl grey tea with just lemon. I *think* the warm tea helps dilate blood vessels and works your own natural cooling system. very refreshing on a hot and sticky day.

On really hot days I run my wrists under the cold tap. I don’t know if it’s pseudoscience but it seems to work! Or I chill out with a big glass of iced tea.

cold water with lots of ice delishiously refreshing and a sit outside with your feet in a bowl of water – ok not dignified but the best use of a washing up bowl on a hot day :)

A cold glass of water is good, a cold glass of water after a cold shower is better, but a glass of cold water after a cold bath really does it for me!
