I really do like Mavala nail polishes – being a novice at perfect polish application, I appreciate thinner textures as they are easier to apply and layer.

I also like the fact its a small bottle – I never finish full sized bottles anyway.

This is the Swinging Color’s collection:

They say:

Mavala take a step back in time with their new Swinging Collection, reminiscent of the 1960′s.
Six shocking neon shades include a combination of exciting flamboyant colours that boldy stand out in the crowd.

The little dinky bottle:

Well I wouldn’t say that the colours I tried were neon, but they are quite bold but in a wearable sense.

Candy Pink looks like a bright pink infused with blue and purple rather than what I’d normally think of as a sweetie-pink.

What do you think?

Most definitely NOT a candy pink, but a gorgeous pink nonetheless! The other colours look great too, might have to check out this range. Mavala’s one of those brands I see if the chemist and never really think of buying, maybe this collection could make me change my mind!x
