My concealer search hasn’t ended although I have now discovered I really like cream textures for covering most things; under the eyes and blemishes.
I was actually swayed by the cuteness of this K-Palette product – it has a funny little name, Okuma Cover Control Concealer and is made for the under eye area:
It comes in 3 shades -
Type 1: Natural Beige for ‘tiredness’
Type 2: Yellow Beige for dullness and whitening
Type 3: Orange Beige for dullness due to poor circulation
I have Type 3 purely because I really like orange based concealers for under the eyes rather than anything too yellow or neutral/cool.
This cute concealer contains collagen, vitamin c and hyaluronic acid for moisture.
These concealers comes in squeeze tubes:
The concealer is a beige-orangey-yellow type shade. The tube is like a lip gloss one so you have to apply very sparingly as the product is very pigmented and almost tacky/sticky to feel. I don’t mind this (although it makes a tad difficult to blend) because it means it does cover and last quite well.
The under eye concealer does feel very hydrating although the texture isn’t like an eye cream – it doesn’t absorb and definitely does sit on the surface of the skin – you can’t use too much or it can look a bit racoon like and also feel tacky. As it’s a cream I found if you use too much it will slip into any fine lines.
I have plenty of circles these days, what will a new baby! Here is my unconcealed eye with FAR TOO MUCH CONCEALER USE ONLY HALF THIS AMOUNT! My circles are currently purple-y.

Verdict:
This concealer does work pretty well and I’ll keep it in my routine (I think it will ask for AGES as you need to use so little). It keeps the eye area moisturised and it conceals well and I could use to on other areas of my face too. On the down side, it is quite a tacky feeling concealer, and it can settle into lines a little. For that reason it isn’t HG status for me, but still a very good concealer that I’d recommend for those with drier skin types.
I purchased this from eBay for around £9.
