Crème brûlée, it whips me back to my childhood. I love/d cracking the sugar caramel on top with my spoon first and it comes in its own little ramekin dish, what could be better!

A difficult question, there are so many I love!

But I think it has to be black forest gateux, the perfect combination of chocolate and fruit.

Hmmm…. how do I pick just one???? But since you insist: pannacotta with fresh raspberries and crystalised ginger on top (unless it’s that time of month, then anything remotely chocolate-y)
