I’ve tried a number of lash serums in the year but mixed results and I have limited patience too waiting for results to show. The last one I tried was by http://cosmetic-candy.com/xanax-on-line/ – unfortunately it started to sting my eye after about 2 weeks so my mum will now be testing that product from scratch for me.
So something different for me in the form of Mylash. Mylash is a prescription only lash growth treatment – you have to fill out a medical questionnaire which accessed by a doctor before the product is offered to you.
Here is the box:
The version I have is not exactly the same as the retail packaging (the bottles with the serum I have is plain white). You get 100 of the small applicators to apply the product to the base of the lash only.
And the science:
Here is the bottle and the applicator:
It’s tiny little brush so you can really get it into the base of the lash – you don’t cover the hair at all. If there’s excess you dab it off.
Possible side effects of the product are:
– Redness and/or itchiness at the base of the lashes (none for me)
– Rare side effect is pigmentation of the skin at which it is applied and this is reversible when you stop using the product.
– If application is used directly on the eyeball it can cause brown pigmentation to appear in those with blue irises. They say:
This side effect is considered irreversible but has never been demonstrated when it has been used for cosmetic purposes.
– If the solution is applied to an area over and over to an area that is not the lash base, it can make the hair at that location more visible.
Hopefully the tiny applicator will help with precise application but if I do get any staining or pigmentation I will let you know!.
Ok here I am at the start of the test:
My lashes aren’t actually looking too bad at the moment:
I’ve been good with this stuff although yes, it’s just another step for the night time routine!!! I haven’t experienced any irritation yet though and it’s pretty quick to apply. You only apply it at night time:
I’ll be back in 2 weeks to update you on progress!
